“Big, stylish rooms. Incredibly comfortable beds!!!! The best hotel beds I've ever slept on. I was traveling with my mother and she said that the bed in her room was so goo that for the first time in years she woke up with no aches and pains. Staff are by and large charming and efficient. Our concierge Andre, was WONDERFUL and went to great trouble to source incredible dinner reservations for us. We stayed in two totally different rooms, and both perfectly matched our very individual tastes - whether by coincidence or not, it was a cool touch. The location is right in the heart of things and the breakfast and lunch (we didn't have dinner on site) were incredibly good (and breakfast is included in the stay. I wish Montreal was closer to Los Angeles, as I would go for a weekend break at the Gault as often as poss.”
