“Had never been to NOLA before and needed a place for me, my husband and our 10 best friends for one day/night of exploration. I had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, but everyone seemed pleased with the chic digs and warm staff. Loa Bar was the perfect spot to meet up before heading out on the town, and the comfortable rooms were welcoming at the end of a long night. A Mac set up in the lobby helped us greatly as we planned our next location.”

“The thing that attracts me most to hotels, aside from the usual considerations of cost and style, are the people. After reading the reviews, I thought this just might be the place for me and was delighted to discover that I was correct. The International House staff are the sort that remember you, your name, your room number. They're the type that make you feel not like you're staying in a hotel where you're just a number, but a residence of sorts where you are a friend. And the accommodations! Oh, the accommodations. Room 1008 was utterly beautiful with giant windows that lined two sides of the space. I could have moved in, were I a globe-trotting millionaire, but as I'm not, I will be overjoyed when presented with the opportunity to return to such a gracious and comfortable place.”
