“Sooo charming! The rooms were smallish, but filled with luxurious details so that you felt entirely at home. Lovely full-size bathroom with tub and fragrant Fresh amenities. Great big flat-screen TV. Awesome Frette robe. Soft high-thread count sheets. And the staff...! They're young, beautiful and beyond friendly -- everyone obviously loves working there and it shows. The smiles were real and my 6 year old son thought Perry, who worked the front door, was the absolute COOLEST guy ever. Oh, and did I mention the subway is across the street, as are the shops at Columbus Circle, and Starbucks is literally ten feet away. We can't wait to stay there again!”

“The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. From the moment I stepped out of the cab from the airport to the moment I left a few days later, I couldn't have asked for anything extra service-wise. I was upgraded to a larger room at check in, which is always much appreciated. I was also able to capitalize on what must have been promotional rates, but which blew every other hotel rate in midtown out of the water. The room was very clean and in great condition (some of the trendy hotels tend to let the rooms fall in disrepair in my experience), and had a very comfortable bed and pillows... it was also nice to have hardwood floors for a change in a hotel room, especially during the August heat. A large desk/console area was ideal for setting up a work station, and lots of light from the windows and huge balcony made the stay even more enjoyable. In terms of location, it was very easy to get cabs, which was ideal for getting around town for multiple appointments each day. I would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“Everything. The folks at the front desk were friendly, polite and efficient. My room was spectacular. The doorman was extremely helpful. Within 30 minutes of checking in I booked another stay online. I'm back August 11-13 because of all the above.”
