“I loved everything about this hotel! The staff, service, rooms, location, atmosphere, decor, the list continues! Also, room service was impeccable and the food itself was divine! Even departing was a pleasure as a suitable and comfortalbe car was called as I was leaving for transportation.”

“I can't say enough about the Andaz 5th Avenue. I stayed at the Andaz in London in Aug when I was there for work and really liked it so wanted to try the NYC one. Price was right -- $330. Location is great (we usually stay at the Bryant Park). The service was impeccable. Eg, staff got my shirt pressed in 45mins on short notice. The hotel is beautiful too -- contemporary and chic without being over the top, kitschy or overwrought like W Hotels. The room was very large for NYC standards and our bathroom was really spectacular -- large, beautiful, well-appointed. Felt like a spa. Electronics were top notch and free beverages (water and juice) are nice touch. Honestly, we've now shifted -- we're Andaz people now, no longer Bryant Park people.”

“I liked everything about this hotel. The property is appealing on all levels. It's very stylish, yet subtle. My expectations were far exceeded as the service, amenities, rooms, bar, restaurant and location were fantastic. They also had a few nice touches - the rain shower and free mini-bar for example.”
