“Warm welcoming professional staff without the attitude or indifference. Cleanly designed, functionally appointed large spacious rooms with high ceilings. Great shower and soak tub to start the day or calm the senses after. No charge minibar, especially the numerous bottles of water. Only had breakfast at Water and Wall, but impressive quality, esp for a hotel. Superb fresh brewed coffee from a NY based roaster. Excellent performance all around. A winner!”

“Everything! Upon arrival we were greeted by intelligent, stylish, and genuinely caring people. Even the cleaners and maintenance staff seemed to care about the hotel and their guests. The reception is set up as if it's your own living/lounge with drinks and snacks at hand.”
