“I was surprised by how little you get for your money at chambers. But I think that's New York. Loved the enormous bumble and bumble shampoo and conditioner gratis in the beautiful, powerful, perfect shower. I'd have paid $450 a night just for the shower alone.”

“Very good hotel - well situated, good quality finish and decor, all necessary facilities required and excellent shower plus bathroom products. Service overall very good, although slightly reserved relative to usual American standards of customer service. Concierge service for reserving dinner at and external restaurant one evening very helpful. Slightly let down by overly pushy doorman seeking his tip for hailing a cab!”

“The hotel's location is perfect for shopping in NY, and close to the main museums. The staff is efficient and friendly. Internet access (wifi) is free, it's not always like that. The room wasn't big but really well equiped. We really recommend this hotel.”
