“My upgraded room (suite) was beautiful and spacious, allowing me to have friends up for tea on a rainy blustery day. The housekeeping service was wonderful: discreet (i.e., no housekeeping carts blocking the hallways), but courteous and responsive to requests. The staff in general was much more friendly than I remember them being when I stayed here last June. The location is fantastic: on a quiet street on the edge of Soho amongst interesting restaurants and shops and very near several subway stations.”
