Very nice, still a bit 'green'. Also, whilst the staff had the 'friendly' thing perfected, still need to work on the professionalism.

Très bel Hotel mais très mauvais service de l'arrivée au départ. Surtout le service aux chambres: ''room service''.

The rooms are charming and the service is good, but they lack single roll away beds for children, and the heat is very noisy.
-
small rooms, smaller bathrooms, and a little noise from the hall.

I had such a great stay. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms, although a little moody in design are very comfortable, and have stayed at the hotel 2 more times since. My experiences have all been very memorable.

A rare gem of a hotel...a highly seductive room...the stunning Rose Bar and the new Roof Terrace make this an exceptional hotel...I did not want to leave!!

Bien mais pas exceptionnel notament en raison de la décoration des chambres qui n'était pas tout à fait à mon goût. Mais c'est personnel.

Loved the hotel, especially the terrace.

Truly an amazing hotel experience. This has to be my best ever hotel experience in over 20 years of travelling.

hotel raffinato negli allestimenti, offerta gastronomica, buono il servizio

The room decor was "interesting" but dark and oppressive (even on the penthouse floor with three windows). Nice touches such as the crystal glassware were undermined by the limited wardrobe space (fine for an overnight with a change of underwear, woeful if, as we had, you've flown trans Atlantic for a 3 day weekend, with full suitcases to cope with changes for theatre, dinner, clubbing, shopping etc). The breakfast buffet on the roof terrace was appallingly limited. The roof terrace space could have been great, but the festoons of plastic ivy were offputting - wannabe Le Sirenuse meets K-mart.

The art in the lobby and all around the hotel, the roof top, the chinese restaurant and bar
