“The staff at the Night Hotel was very friendly, however they could improve the concierge service esp when it comes to making dinner reservations. The rooms were smaller than expected but I guess you get what you pay for.”

“This hotel was a great example of the benefits offered by a prototypical boutique hotel. The building was relatively small in size, the staff were attentive and the unique black and white romantic gothic modern design theme was impressive and consistent from the front door to the smallest room details. Technology was particularly well selected and seemed more like well integrated parts of a picture rather than "look at me amenity whoring". We were disappointed that the wireless internet wasn't free, but overall costs were reasonable for Times Square. Overall we had a very good experience.”

“The location was fantastic if you like to be near the hub of Times Square (which we did!). The design of the interiors was funky and we liked the black and white motif. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in.”
