“The staff at this hotel were absolutely excellent. I had just stayed at a 5 star hotel in the mid town area and wanted to stay further south. I loved the area and even took the subway! I can't say enough about the staff, they were by far the most pleasant, knowledgeable and professional staff as a whole. My only criticism was the hotel did not have a dedicated doorman when I was leaving and so it took a while to get a cab...”
