“The evening doormen need to be a but more attentive. It would be nice to have free coffee in the lobby for quests during the day, with to-go cups. Most chain hotels have them :-)”

“We arrived a 2:30, the room wasn't ready, we left our luggage. When we went back, they had lost our luggauge, we'd been waiting for 2 hours to get them back - they didn't keep us informed about what was going on.During new years's eve a guest organised a party in his room, we couldn't sleep at all, we rang the frontdesk, they sent security without any improvement and that's all. We left at 6 am, exhausted, they hardly apologize and weren't able to give us the invoice, we are still waiting for it. The same day, we sent an email to the hotel manager, he didn't answer. This hotel is OVER RATED.”

“ I arrived at 1:30 PM and my room was not ready. The concierge offered to call my cell when I could come back and check in, but never heard from her. Returned at 4PM. Otherwise, everything was fine.”

“Tiny, tiny room for $425 per night + tons of taxes. Good location, clean, nice linens. Funky closet and no room for suitcases. We've been at this hotel before and the first time the rooms was cheaper and spacious.”
