“Lower floor rooms are far too noisy. There is no air conditioning in cooler months, so opening windows is the way to get fresh air. But the intersection of Mercer and Prince streets is very, very noisy. Suggest the interior facing ("courtyard") rooms next time.”

“I so love the mercer. it's always booked when I call too soon in advance. This time, I called and they were booked. I looked on the tablet site and they had rooms available. Plus when I got there, I got upgraded to a suite. And such a suite.”

“I found the room average at best...mildew on the grout in the shower, the shower sprayed water all over the floor ...the closet doors were very difficult to open because they scraped along the carpet because they did not fit properly.I expect a hotel to be as good as or better that my own home and this was not the case!”
