“The property is exactly what you would hope Palm Springs would be like. Relaxed, spread out, elegant. The service is extremely good. The management seems to take a real interest in each guest. I was there for a 12 person birthday party and the dinner by the pool was perfect.”

“I loved staying there and plan to go again soon. The staff was genuinely friendly and went out of their way adding little touches that made out weekend really nice. I rooms are very attractive and comfortable. The only thing that I would hope to be improved is that the restauraunt is not up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel.”

“Music is needed at other two pools. DO NOT let guests hold louange chairs since htere are not many there to begin with. Valet parking is too expensive for that street.”

“V. cool. Service on par with a 5 star hotel - we were impressed. The hotel's restaurant, Citron was excellent. The one negative: I had a pedicure at the spa which was the worst pedicure I have ever had (even a strip mall joint would have done a better job) to be specific: the chair was reclined so far it was uncomfortable and had no electronic controls to change it. The spa foot tub did not work(no bubbles). The technician was horrible - it was nothing more than a soak and polish change - and it lasted 2 days. I was very disappointed - $70 for a $10 service.”

I was also relieved that the reservation was booked according to my specifications and there was no hassle when we showed up. “The Viceroy was not the proper hotel for me -- the service was slow and disorganized, the room was dirty and ill-equipped. Traveling for business, I expect a desk, table or other work surface in the room. Finding twister in the closet was cute, but wasn't much help in getting my work done. Though it was not an expensive stay, I feel strongly that the hotel is overpriced.”

“The stay was very enjoyable. We were looking for a night in Palm Springs at a very reasonable price because it was off season. We wanted something funky with a pool and a great vibe and the Viceroy definitely delivered in those areas.”
