“The staff upgraded our room when there was an issue with our reservation. This was greatly appreciated. The breakfast is excellent. Some staff could be friendlier. They are not mean but they rarely smile and seem a bit scared to speak to the guests sometimes. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Don't be put off by the location - it is not in the very centre of Prague - a good thing, so you miss all of the stag and hen parties, but it is on one of the Metro line links to the airport. At least six tram routes intersect nearby and so getting around town is easy. Also you feel that you have seen the real Prague and not just the tourist sites, as the streets around have a bustle as people wait for buses and trams. But this is all around the corner (literally) and the location was quiet and safe.The hotel is clean, modern, stylish and airy. The staff are unobtrusive but young, enthusiastic and helpful. The food was excellent and the overall atmosphere is professional. The value is astounding and I would recommend it to everyone.”

“The location was the best part. It's not in the center of the city or close to the tourist attractions -- but I liked that -- it made it more of a local experience. Travelling to the Old Town and Prague Castle is really easy using the Metro or Pram which is right around the corner. The rooms are modern and clean. We had a baby with us and they put in a baby cot before we got there at no extra cost. There is also a large shopping mall next to the hotel which is neat to go and see. Finally, the breakfast was great.”

“The rooms were spacious, the area was convenient - 2 movie theaters nearby and the Oscar's restaurant downstairs was also a plus. The heated bathroom floors were also a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, my second stay was more than pleasant.”
