Service was almost impeccable. The manager did everything he could to make up for the broken air conditioning. The hotel was also extremely accommodating with respect to breakfast time and this is definitely something you do not find in a lot of hotels.

Friendly service, great breakfast which goes on till 2pm on weekends, and good rooms. Well located, less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Town Square.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with generous portions. Toiletries were great.

The room was large, clean, tastefully decorated, with a large and efficient bathroom.

This is a new twist on the boutique 'design' hotel. So frequently these hotels have adopted a bit of 'edgy attitude' to go along with the clean lines and sharp edges. I'm very pleased to say this was the opposite with the ICON hotel, where the staff were all wonderful and ready to help.

I gave this hotel primarily "good" marks because I reserve excellent for the cream of the crop. That said, don't be discouraged, the Icon Hotel in Prague is a wonderful hotel! The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. They showed us all around town with great recommendations (especially to the Kolkovna gastropub, where we ate 3 nights in a row). It was also painless when we decided to stay an extra night, and the fee was the same as we saw on Tablet. The rooms were hip and modern, reminiscent of nouveau Las Vegas. Nice beds. Cool lighting and design throughout. The free breakfast was super delicious as well. There's a buffet until 11am, but you can order off a menu all day until 11pm! That was fantastic, something I haven't seen anywhere else. And the quality was good too. Some of the best bacon ever, believe it or not. The Icon is right near Prague's main artery, and it's a short walk from the hotel to Old Town. You can also catch the tram nearby. We walked everywhere, but then again, I have no problem walking miles and miles. Compared to other cities, I found the walks to attractions and tram stops easy. So even if you're a light walker, you should be just fine.Overall, price was worth the value, and then some. I'd stay here again for sure. Cute hotel!

I actually liked this hotel more than review states; they had a spa and massages that I didn't take advantage of, and they had a restaurant and bar I also didn't visit. The room was very comfortable, though the shower slightly on the tight side.
