rooms and spaces were really cool. Very well taken care of and beautiful

Hotel was hard to find, I was charged too much by the taxi driver who brought me in from the airport. I think it would be a good service if the hotel verified the fare upon arrival and recorded the taxi number.

My stay was very pleasant. I travelled alone and therefore it was very nice to stay at this cosy small hotel because the service was very friendly and personal and I am sure it is the kind of place, that if you become a regular guest, they will remember you well, and you will feel very at home. It is a bit out of the way, however walking through the park is easy and you are right at piazza del popolo.

The room was ridiculously out of date in terms of style and state of renovation. New highways motels are in better shape than this place. Yes, the terrace of our room was supreme, but the room itself was below 4-star quality. Also, the basement restaurants feel like there are in the basement and have little ambiance. Location of the hotel, however, is supreme.

Really enjoyed the Lord Byron although a little too out-of-the-way. I also found the pillows uncomfortable (maybe a cultural thing) even after asking for some that would be "softer". Service was impeccable and a $100 bill dropped under the bed by mistake was promptly returned the same day.

Very friendly whilst professional, would happily stay again.

I liked the location - not in the center of things, but close enough.I liked the style of the hotel, and the paintings all over.I liked breakfast - for the most part.Towels were of good quality; linens also pretty good.Despite the issues (see below), I generally liked the hotel very much!

This Hotel fit the bill as advertised. It was elegant, romantic, and the staff was excellent. We loved the decor of the common areas and the room was spotless and comfortable. The hotel was relaxing retreat from busy days of sightseeing. The resturant is a MUST do! The best meals we had in Rome were at "Sapori del Lord Byron". The Chef is A++, creative with taste and presentation. The service was excellent with great wine pairing suggestions. The Sommelier Nicola Grieco will be well remebered in our thoughts of great professional hosts.

Really liked the quiet serenity of the hotel---we stayed there for 6 days around easter and my husband and I were exceptionally happy. Room was beautiful, well appointed, and spacious...service was great. We had breakfast everyday and enjoyed drinks at the bar downstairs (barkeeper is a great mixologist!). Can't wait to come back.
