Absolutely beautiful hotel, amazing location, stunning rooms - quiet and peaceful at night, rare for Rome

Charming hilltop hotel near many great attractions. Entire hotel was beautiful, great atmosphere, including the well-decorated rooms, each unique (from what we could tell). The staff, especially reception and food service (Thanks Francois!), was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had no problem walking to the Coliseum (the hotel is about 2 km or so SW of the Circus Maximus site, if I'm remembering correctly). The breakfast was plentiful, and had good variety. This is one hotel that is as advertised. We were not disappointed in any respect.

The rooms were gorgeous and sumptuous. The price very reasonable for a hotel of this calibre. The location was a breath of fresh air from the tourist overload of the town centre whilst being very close to all sights and amenities. Simply Perfect!

This is a absolutely beautiful hotel. My room was I think the loveliest room in which I have ever stayed. Just stunning.

Very stylish from top to bottom. Rooms are HUGE by EU standards as are the baths. The breakfast is lavish and is available in the garden weather permitting.

Everything, but most especially the location and the outdoor spaces.

Value for money, it worth 200 euros per night, nice style, very quiet area.

Staff superb, knowledgeable. Sexy atmosphere, quiet, pine-filled solitude in Rome (almost an oxymoron). Food: breakfast more than adequate, tea cookies yummy, dinner in garden - try chef's special, very fresh; very good white wine. Rooms: elegant idiosyncrasy. When can we go back!?! Clear with charges, honest: taxis and other concierge needs, fair deals. Rooms etc. were spotless - everything gleamed. Location is _perfect_: quiet hill (no shops, businesses) within 10 minute walk of Circus Maximus, Forum, etc. Not enough stars to give this hotel!

Eclectic and interesting layout to the rooms, and the varied décor that gives this boutique hotel its special, bespoke character.

Warm, quiet, understated luxury, delicious breakfast, commodious bathroom, nice outdoor space, very accommodating about offering us a room many hours before usual check-in.

Great location, within walking distance of everything you need for a short trip to Rome. Surprisingly quiet for something so central.
