“The best hotel in roma! No attitudes, just pleasant, friendly and highly professional from front desk to concierges to all hotel staff. Amazing service, beautiful grounds, great location - nothing else compares. My favorite place to stay anywher in the world. I ended up staying almost 2 weeks straight (2 day trip to milano) and felt like i was at home.”

“We made a great decision on staying at the De Russie! The hotel is understated and elegant. Rome is such a touristy city so it was great coming back to a hotel that was in a quite location, with fantastic service. We also got a fabulous room with a beautiful view of the courtyard and garden. Definately a five star hotel. Even though it was proabably the most expensive property in the area, it was worth it! If we go back to Rome we would stay there again.”

“tout top sauf la salle du petit déjeuné... je sais que en été tout se passe dehors dans les jardins mais en décembre c'est à l'intérieur et c'est vraiment le seul petit "défaut" de cet hôtel superbe mais je suis certain qu'ils vont la rénover bientôt !”

“L'hotel de Russie garde en "touch" classique combiné avec le concept moderne de spa et un service 5 étoile. La localisation est excellente prés de la Piazza del popolo a quelques metres des principaux magasins de marques. Le petit déjeuné dans le jardin est une experience únique.”

“Me ha gustado mucho la estancia en el hotel, lástima que algunas de las zonas públicas estuvieran en obras lo cual deslucía un poco el hotel; pero en general muy bien. Espero repetir pronto”

“Beautiful interior, beautiful room (we had a corner-studio with a veiw to the piazza del popolo) and bathroom. The gardens are lovely, but I was surprised there was no pool (my young niese and nephew also staying at the hotel were diappointed). We were received very professionally and efficiently at the front desk, and the concierge was very helpful making dinner reservations for us. The spa had excellent therapists, and a wonderful saltwater jacuzzi. Excellent location in Rome - with walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping area, and a taxistand right outside the hotel making it easy to get taxis in an otherwise pedestrian-dominated area.”

“very helpful staff, excellent location, second mortgage required to eat & drink in the hotel itself, but have at least one meal in the garden area, sheer bliss.Overall the hotel was charming and not overpowering.Lots of good shopping & eateries everywhere.Spa facility was good but the pool area itself was small, perhaps thats why the called it a hydropool?”
