“My husband and I felt rushed when it came to checking out of the hotel. When we first got there we were told check out was at 12pm and on the day of check out we were told it was 11:30am. They appeared to be more concerned with the maid having time to clean up the room for the next couple coming in.”

“The Inn on the Spanish Steps is a delightful boutique hotel. There is a roof top terrace, where breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks are served. Whilst the service on the terrace is a bit slow, the staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel is well located and has a special charm. Despite the fact that the entrance to the hotel is neutral, the rooms and the upper terracce are very warm and enchanting. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Next time I visit Rome, I will not hesitate to stay in this hotel and I will recommend it to my friends.”

“Lovely rooftop garden for breakfast and afternoons. Attentive service. Wonderful to collapse into quiet dark room during heat of day. Quiet, clean -- and yet just half a block to the bustling Spanish Steps. Amidst the crowds but away from them. Entry by long passageway off street always seemed to calm us down.”
