Only 1 of 3 of the clerks at the desk was very helpful with information about Rome. The other 2 were indifferent. The internet, both the wireless and the line access, did not work at all, anywhere.

the hotel was very nice. the room was pleasant, but not phenomenal. on the other hand, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. when we return to rome, we would most likely stay in this hotel and recommend to others. the location is excellent - close to everything, but still quiet.

It was an oasis of elegance, directly off one of the busiest streets in Rome. The bellman, the front desk staff and the barman were all equally gracious and helpful. The lovely decor, the calming robins-egg-blue of the common areas and the room were a treat.It was like stepping into a Georgian townhouse.Even though we faced via del Tritone, the double (triple?) glazing on the window in our room kept it very quiet.

I loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. They were terrific in suggesting restaurants, obtained train tickets and recommended I visit Florence for the day The location was also so central to everything and the breakfast was great. I started my day well fed. They were terrific in getting me reservations and all of the necessary information I needed throughout my stay. They were attentive, kind, friendly, and I honestly can't say enough about their service. The rooms were great and bathrooms terrific with marble and shower curtains, heated towels and great amenities. Overall, I thought the hotel was perfect and would stay there and recommend it to others over and over again.

Quiet atmosphere. I liked the style & decoration;I've been given the choice between 3 rooms, while I was interested to have a room on the courtyard and not on the street; Hotel which is relatively close to central places in town;

Everything was excellent - rooms, service, location, food. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was only a few minutes walk to the major shopping area and major sites.

Central location, cozy, and nicely designed. Small rooms but well disigned and extremely comfortable

The hotel was centrally located. The room was small, but lovely, and had a fantastic terrace. A lovely bar area for drinks before dinner.

I liked the style of the hotel; small and stylish. The rooms were adequate in size and the bathrooms were excellent. The concierge service was good and recommended us some good restaurants although they were a bit puzzled when I asked them about a Children's Museum.
