Fantastic location, great simple but stylish rooms, friendly service

Not much- this hotel is DIGUSTING. From the carpet to the gross linens. It is a real shame that this is listed as a Tablet Hotel- the Hampton Inn is significantly nicer.

Close to where "real people" live. Tomo is not in a particularly touristy location but it was easy to travel to almost any part of the city. There was ample space in the room for two of us to lay out our suitcases and still walk around in the room.

The price was the only good thing I'm afraid, but I would have absolutely paid more to stay at a better place had I known it was so old/dirty.

Well, firstly, the price was excellent. I loved the little area it was in (Japantown). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unique..affordable. Still a best western though.

Bright, modern looking rooms. Balcony, views and quiet street were nice. Location is excellent if you like Japanese food.

the decor is fun and playful. the location is great, because you are right in the middle of japan town and near the shops on filmore.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My wife left my phone charger plugged into the wall and when I discovered it missing upon arriving home she spoke with Gill Eklof at the front desk who found it and mailed it back to us.
