2. “We stayed only one night unfortunately - would have liked our stay to be much longer but we were in transit. Great rooms with amazing views. The service at the hotel was excellent - we checked in early without prior notice and one of our two rooms was already available. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable.”

4. “I usually stay at the Mandarin hotels world-wide --- New York, London, Tokyo, their "flagship" (in my opinion at least) the Landmark in HK which is borderline a second home, and so on. Had high expectations of their San Francisco property. The only area it matched the usual Mandarin standard was in service, which was phenomenal, particularly concierge.”
