The staff at Cerulean Towers were incredibly helpful, friendly and treated us like royalty. The concierge arranged tours at our request and we were picked up from the hotel for these. The Hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location in the Shibuya area, near a subway station and just a few minutes walk from shops/cafes/restaurants.

GOOD LOCATION, EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY AND GREAT SERVICE

This is a prefectly suitable alternative to the Grand Hyatt- at half the prices. Ironically, they have even better views and are more centrally located than the Hyatt. kudos all around

I am usually not a huge fan of large hotels but found the Cerulean to be extremely warm, helpful, and service oriented. I was very pleased with my stay.

Excellent general standard, great views, great location - Shibuya is in or near to where all the action is in Tokyo these days.Great view from the bar on the top (don't worry about the dress code, no one minded us being in jeans).Excellent room service food/breakfast.Excellent value for your money.

The service was wonderful. The staff very friendly and helpful in terms of where to eat and where to go for shopping. The spa facilities are excellent and the massage fantastic. The room is spacious compared to some European hotels. Very centrally located in the Shibuya district and easy access to the metros to various areas like the Ginza district and all the way to the Asaksa district. We would certainly go back to Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel again. Highly recommended.

The hotel provided a generous sized room for a Tokyo hotel, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Every staff member I encountered was extremely polite and helpful. My room, on the 33rd floor, had incredible views of Tokyo from its window. It was pretty rainy during my stay so the very easy access to Shibuya station was a real benefit. Also I ate a really delicious Japanese breakfast every day. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Everything-all aspects of the hotel were excellent-as an introduction to Japanese culture it was very positive. We really appreciated the room upgrade ( the view from our bedroom window was magnificent)and instantly felt relaxed. We will highly recommend your hotel to everyone we speak to.Thank you.
