  6. “The location was excellent, just to the south of the Shibuya train station - the last night we were there we discovered tons of little bars and restaurants right by the hotel, in the NON-bustling part of Shibuya! We had a Tower's floor room with breakfast included, and the breakfast buffet was in a lovely little room on the 35th floor, also available during cocktail hour for free cocktails. It was great having this, and we wish we took advantage of it every night we were there... the view is great, but the location is what really did it for us, especially after having stayed at the Park Hyatt which needs a shuttle bus to get to the nearest big station (it's a 15-minute walk with little to see otherwise). The service was generally very pleasant and professional without being stiff or robotic.”

  7. “Everything. The rooms were large and modern, with a very large bathroom. We had an excellent view of Roppongi Hills and Shinjuku. The restaurants we tried were great. The location can't be beat - just blocks from Shibuya train station, yet away from the frenetic intersection at the Hachiko exit. I loved the bilingual feature on the plasma tv!”

  8. “I loved absolutely everything about Cerulean Tower Hotel. The price we paid at that time was around 26,000 p/r. The location couldn't be any better, the rooms were huge (about 37 m2), the service was excellent, the concierge lady was one of the most helpful people I've ever met. It is a 2 minutes walk to the Shibuya station. There is a 24 hr convinience store on the 2nd floor of the hotel and a starbucks next to the offices building !!! what more to ask in a hotel ?”

  10. “This hotel serves its purpose exceptionally well. It is in the mid-priced pocket as far as Tokyo hotels go, and is in arguably one of the best locations in Tokyo-- Shibuya. The service in the hotel was exceptional-- check in after a long flight from New York was smooth and streamlined, and the hotel's public spaces were clean and well-designed. The room was of suitable size, and everything was clean and in its right place. Bathroom/shower was beautiful. Make no mistake, there are more luxurious options available in Tokyo, but if you can find this at the right price, it is a great hub for Shibuya exploration.”

  11. “The service was spectacular. We opted for a more expensive room, corner floor 26 to 35. We had a room on the 26th floor I believe and it was beautiful. We could have had a slighty more centred view (had we had a more 'centred' room.() But really for Japan this was terribly good value, very large room. And the hotel was beautiful. I felt I was in a bond movie!I recommend it highly. Try and request a corner room, the bath has a window with a view, as well as the bedroom.Location was also great - with many small traditional restaurants around the area. Transport is terribly close and you can get shuttle buses to the airport. All in all very convenient!”
