“Well, we received a free upgrade from a Kingsize Sky View to a Kingsize Luxury Skyview so were naturally pleased. The reception staff were really well organised and accommodating. We booked via Tablet on the same day as arrival and the booking hadn't reached their internal booking system but this was ironed out in minutes (which was the not the case in a hotel in San Fran under similar circumstances). The room we stayed in was on the 32nd floor and had amazinf views of the central districts of Tokyo from the bedroom and bathroom windows. Really comfy bed. Nice concierge service who helped us plan a couple of days.”

“Good modern design hotel with excellent address in hip and happening Shibuya. Nothing spectacular designwise, but rather just very good and delivering exactly what it is set to deliver. Next to the central Shibuya subway station with hundreds of shops, restaurants etc around the corner and within short cab distances from Shinjuku and Roppongi. Much recommended both for pleasure and business stays in Tokyo. Mixed global clientele, less western than the Roppongi hotels. Also easy to find when walkinhg around in budy Tokyo since the Cerulean is the only skyscraper in the neighborhood.”
