  1. “I had the most wonderful stay at the Claska Hotel in Meguro, Tokyo. This hotel is not only hiply intimate in its feel and design, but the service is superb. Because there are only a few rooms available, it's best to make your booking ASAP. Best way to get to the hotel is to take the taxi since it's hard to find this little gem on foot or if you are new to Tokyo. For all of you who travel with pets, the restaurant was pet friendly and there is a high-end pet salon right adjacent to the property. Thanks again for an amazing time!”

  2. “The Claska was, as your site said, a bit out of the way. But it was funky, though quiet as there weren't too many people there. There were only 2 rooms available at the time we booked so we chose room 401. Bigger than we needed. Would have loved to take advantage of the balcony but it was raining and cold! Too bad. The food at the Claska was very good and quite reasonable! The only bad thing about the Claska was that I got bed bug bites!!! Yes, bed bug bites from a $500/night hotel!!! I'm still itchy.”

  5. “アクセスはそれほど良くないのですが、TOKYOにもこんなステキなホテルがあるなんて知りませんでした。ホスピタリティも最高で、住みたくなってしまいました。ビジネス以外ではまた泊まりたいです。”

  6. “The location was not near the central districts but is well connected by train. There are interesting shops in nearby areas. The room was very nice, massive bed, great bathroom with good quality shampoo, soap, etc. Good view from the bedroom. Good food from room service. Can do with more english TV channels. The walls are a bit thin, can hear noise from the next room.”

  10. “Claska is a fabulous hotel. It may be pulled down in 2008, a great shame.”

  11. “The hotel was charming and the service was great. My complaint is the room (505) was really quite small - I think they didn't want to sacrifice the double bed (which was nice) - because the bed took up a lot of space. As a result, there was little room for walking around and there was no closet. Second complaint which was actually expected was the distance from main shopping areas. Not the best choice if time is scarce. Neighbourhood was very pleasant though.”
