The Grand Hyatt is in a nice area of Roppongi - part of a shopping district - so you have a lot at your disposal: restaurants, cafes, & bars, to movies and of course, shopping. The room was a nice size, with a generously sized bath/shower area. The bathtub is separate from the shower, but they're both in the same glassed-in portion; very contemporary. The only negatives: the shopping area (Roppongi Hills) is the most convoluted shopping area I've ever seen due to its multi-multi-level setup. It really took some work to figure out how to get around.

Huge room, with heated Toto bidet toilet seat, wet room with ceiling rain showerhead, soaking tub, nice toiletries and a very accomodating staff. Wonderful location, attached to Roppongi Hills Mall - high end shopping, restaurants and movies. Would love to go back!

Spent New Years here. We had the most amazing meal New Years day in one of the restaurant. Divine. Rooms are good but not amazing. Service is excellent if very western.

simply a perfect oasis. the ever changing rates could be simpler but in light of everything else- easy to overlook.

I paid up for the "Club" floor and found absolutely no difference between this and the regular rooms.

-friendly and efficient service (club lounge staff, concierge and general staff)-excellent backout shutters/blinds -extra wide king bed-nice and cleanly finished bathroom-convenient access to Tokyo Metro station under the Roppongi Hills/hotel complex

This hotel is spacious and modern without the usual over-modern trappings that so rapidly date. Rooms are larger and practical if a little dark.

great space, great service, excellent selection of restaurants, great location...you can't do better in Tokyo

The service is impeccable and the location was perfect for me.

- locations,- great choice of restaurants

housekeeping service was impeccable and the business centre bent over backwards to help me rebook flights and find a SIM card for my phone (neither of which is a simple feat in Japan if you're a first-time foreign visitor who doesn't speak Japanese).

The "sento" style spa in the men's changeroom was a great.
