“We stayed at the Park Hotel on two visits to Tokyo. Wonderful, cool lobby in steamy August! Friendly reception - wiped down our wet suitcases with white towels as we checked in! Rooms are compact but beautifully designed. Bathrooms are fabulous! We loved the individual drip coffee that was provided - good for a refreshment in the middle of the night while dealing with jet lag. The location is fabulous - ten minue walk to the Ginza and easy access to the Tokyo train/subway network.”

“Stayed here three times now. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY IN TOKYO. As with most hotels in Japan, rooms a little tight but overall atmosphere and quality of service very good. Great views from most rooms over the city and harbour and top location for media-based business travelers. I would definitely stay here again. One thing though: a lot of taxis can't find it and seem to always mix it up with the Royal Park Hotel (200m down the road)”

“Fantasic introduction to Tokyo, great location, totally amazing room (I think we were upgraded) and lovely peaceful place to come back to from madness of the city. Only disappointment was poor mojitos in the hotel bar - very overpriced and badly made, the overall feeling of the bar and lobby areas was perhaps a little hushed - part of the size of it no doubt. Otherwise a wonderful stay.”

“An absolutely 1st class hotel. The staff were more than happy to help any chance they could. The rooms were spacious and amazing views of Tokyo and Tokyo tower. It was central to everything. Even the cleaning staff were the most friendly staff I have ever met. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and also the pillows. We will be staying there again on our next trip and every trip after!!!”

“Overall then hotel facilities are excellent. Beautiful and dramatic. The rooms are a little small and a little bland. The furniture and fixtures could have been a little nicer -not quite living up to the promise made by the common areas. A couple of little awkward things made the whole experience less than ideal. I was waiting in the lobby to be picked up by business associates and they were late and I needed to call them. The concierge helped place the local call, but then they made a big fuss over how would I like to pay for that call! And the breakfast buffet was outrageously overpriced.”

“Incredibly pleased with the Park Hotel Tokyo, the service and the staff were for most part was excellent. The location and facilities were fantastic and very convenient. Extremely pleased with the hotel and definitely will stay there next time i am in Tokyo.”

“A larger than expected corner room with an amazing view of the city from the 30th floor. Stayed with partner and two young children who slept in extra sofa bed as part of our booking. Very convenient central location and easy access to metro and train once you have worked out where to go (direct access from second floor to metro line to Odaiba). Fantastic buffet breakfast with a view for around 2,200 Yen. Free internet access in the business center. The cigarette smoke in the lobby area was only negative. Would recommend and stay again. Good value for money in Tokyo.”
