“Le séjour au Park Hotel était très bien. Cependant j'ai été déçu du Westin Miyako à Kyoto, les photos montrait un hotel traditionnel de charme, et en fait il s'agit d'un building immense. La chambre que nous occupions était correcte pour le prix, mais elle faisait visiblement partie d'un lot de chambres non refaites à neuf!”

“We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the park Hotel in Tokyo. The whole enterprise ran like a well oiled machine and additionally the attitude of the staff, with their enthusiasm to help you, was exceptional. We did have one issue, that was with smoking in the large open atrium, which is multipurpose.People would sit on the chairs directly next to our breakfast table, and light up. However this has to do with smoking habits and customs in Japan generally.The staff member we spoke to listened to our comments sympathetically. We woud unhesitatingly recommend this hotel to our friends.”

“The hotel was really easy to access from the yamamote line. We were greeted with excellent service from start to end. they helped us with the bags the moment we stepped out of the elevator. We arrived early and the room was not yet available so we went to odaiba for shopping, which was really convenient as the new train station was next to the hotel. When we arrived back much later, they can already delivered our bags to the room. They made each guest feel like they were getting individualised/ personal service ecven though the hotel was crowded. I would stay here again when i visit tokyo.”

“We had an exceptional experience at the Park Hotel Tokyo. We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the city lights and tokyo tower from our room 3103. Great ammenities and a toilet I would love to have in my condo. The staff are professional and friendly. The staff arranged sumo tickets for us, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. The subway system is complicated but will bring you to other happening neighbourhoods.”
