“Service was impeccable. The only thing I would say is that when we went to look at the view from the 52nd floor New York Bar we were hounded somewhat by the staff to stay and drink. We would have but were discouraged by their overbearing attentions. As I was staying in the hotel I would have assumed I could look around said establishment without impunity but it seems not.”

“I absolutely loved the Park Hyatt hotel! The people working there, the food, the drinks, the bars, the other guests, my room, the views!!... The staff were very friendly - polite and attentive but not overly so. Perfect!It was almost a dreamlike experience; like playing the lead character in some movie. So I will be coming back soon. And I hope to bring the whole crew next!”

“This hotel has great service.Everything worked well: the whole check-in flow from being greeted at the, escorted to the 41st floor and sitting down in the sofa, signing a simple form and being escorted onwards to the room with a demonstration of everything and the luggage arriving just after with no waiting was really a showcase for eliminating waiting and hassle.The room service was excellent - (getting an excellent hamburger served on an immaculate table with fresh flowers after coming back from the nightclub is just priceless). The little details were also taken care of - like the shoes not only being put in order and lined up against the wall by housekeeping but also polished, the bottle of mineral water magically appearing on the bedside every night and for Japan, that final deciding plus: everyone on staff speaking English makes this a great place to stay in Tokyo.And on top, the view from the rooms and the gym are great.”

“If there is a better hotel in the world, we don't know about it. The Park Hyatt has everything you could want and then some - big rooms with spectacular views, great restaurants (don't miss the Sunday champagne brunch at the New York), and unbelievably perfect service: we needed to wash a large amount of clothes and not only did they not press the overpriced hotel laundry on us, they came to our room with a highlighted map so we could find our way to the local dry cleaner. We came for the lost-in-translation vibe but will go back for the stellar service. Simply, the gold standard in hotels.”
