Asian style and ameneties, but without the pomp. All clean and cool. Our upgrade made things all the better!

Wonderful rooms and attentive staff at a good price.

Very well designed, surprisingly spacious rooms, excellent location with four subway lines accessible from the hotel basement--all well priced for this really top-notch hotel. Japanese service is at a high standard; the Capitol Tokyu holds to that standard.

good central location; modern design; spacious, well designed rooms with good layout and a fantastic view of the Toyko skyline - including the sky tree as well as the tokyo tower in the distance; connected to the subway

The hotel was a wonderful blend of clean-cut, well designed contemporary modern, warmly blended with Japanese charm and style. The room was particularly well designed and well appointed with quality fittings and accessories. The staff were extraordinary in every respect.. even the staff in the gym who were warm and friendly and offered assistance with my training session - unique in my experience of world travels.

While it is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Ginza, Roppongi, or Shinjuku, the hotel itself is lovely with stylish rooms and great views of Tokyo. Service is excellent with the concierge happy to make dinner reservations before arrival. While taxis are available, the metro is conveniently located steps from the hotel entrance. More of a business hotel but great for a family, too.

This hotel was incredible. Having lived in Tokyo and travelled Japan extensively, I was surprised at how surprised I could be at the service in a country where service is typically incredible. The room we stayed in was HUGE with an AMAZING view of Tokyo. The lounge, the restaurant and the staff were all beyond my expectations. I will undoubtedly stay in this hotel many more times.
