2. “Absolutely superb concierge service. Great recommendations for food and bars, amazingly helpful, I was fortunate enough to have interacted with a gentleman at the desk called Kullen San, who helped me lock in tickets to see the Yoshida Brothers. Earlier that evening, he walked 5 blocks down the road to come find me at the Yakitori restaurant he had also recommended, to let me know that the show would start 15 minutes earlier than he had initially told me.”
