Ein gut ausgestattetes Hotel, das die Bezeichnung Designhotel wirklich verdient!Dazu in einer relativ zentralen Lage.

The only complaint about the room was the carpet - which was unproportionately worn out relative to the age of the hotel. Otherwise, (except for the front desk at which some of the colleagues could feature more smiles), services have been excellent - room services maids, door men, and especially those colleagues at the breakfast cafe - definitely started your mornings on a high note.

the bar could be improved in terms of selection of beers they were offering

Hotel Le Germain Toronto is a beautiful hotel - love the wood accents, uncluttered feel, and general attention to detail. It's situated in a part of Toronto that is convenient in terms of commute so definitely a great spot if you're visiting & touring the city. The only questionable portion of the stay was the Concierge recommendations for restaurants (we asked for something local & low-key but ended up at a run-of-the-mill restaurant catering to the local/tourist frat boys). Otherwise, I highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Great bathroom with superb amenities; lovely room with very comfortable beds; nice complimentary continental breakfast; no complaints about service. A very nice hotel.

when I arrived my room wasn't ready - no problem, I was a little early. I returned a few hours later and they gave me my room key and said they would send up my suitcase that I had stored when I arrived early. After an hour, no suitcase. I called and they said they would send it right up. Half an hour, no suitcase. I went down to get it myself and there it was in the storeroom where it was originally put - no attempt had even been made to move it anywhere, let alone my room. I took it myself and they made a simple verbal apology, but really something that inept could have used a bit more.

A small-hotel feel, with all the amenities (and more) of a large hotel. Beautifully designed public spaces and rooms. The breakfast room was incredible. Gym was a little small, but otherwise well-appointed. Great location, close to theaters and restaurants, and to public transit which goes everywhere in Toronto.

Beautiful property, sloppy, unprofessional service. Needs a bit more work.

Very stylish hotel with great service in the heart of the theatre/entertainment district. The luxury room was spacious and with an extremely comfortable bed and spacious and stylish bathroom. The hotel is a short walk to the convention centre and CN Tower. Plenty of restaurants clubs and theatres around the hotel.
