“The location is absolutely stunning and the rooms are super large with one of the biggest beds I've ever slept in. The staff are excellent in every way........always there to do anything they can to make the experience more enjoyable. I would recommend The Viceroy for anyone looking for a special getaway.”

“The setting of the hotel is spectacular, lodged on the side of deep v-shaped jungle valley. We stayed in a garden villa, which was great: huge bedroom area with small private plunge pool and huge outdoor (but covered) bathroom and lounge areas. The food was also fantastic for such a small place and the service was perfect. The larger, and more expensive, villas have larger pools and outdoor areas, so people staying there tended to stay in their villa while on the resort so we basically had the beautiful resort infinity pool to ourselves. I've been lucky enough to stay in many great hotels, but this is one of the best and will be tough to beat.”

“The perfect combination of a secluded luxury hotel tucked into a spectacular landscape and proximity to the bustle of lively Ubud. The personal shuttle service made getting to and from the center of Ubud a breeze. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. They were friendly without the sometimes intrusive curiosity I found at other places in Ubud.”
