Visiting the house where Anne Frank and her family hid from the Nazi's in Amsterdam is a difficult experience to describe, but I would definitely recommend it. It is incredible to see how the human spirit can lift people during the darkest of times. It's a moving experience and well worth the wait (there is usually a line out the door).

Fascinating tour of the house that Anne Frank and her family took refuge in during WWII. Always a line, so be prepared to wait to get in.

Best advice we received was to get to the house at least 30 minutes before it opens in order to avoid the long lines. It made a huge difference to plan ahead!!
