“Located in hotel lobby of The Liberty Hotel, Clink. offers Modern American Cuisine. Cool amazing decor with vestiges of original jails cells. Great atmosphere. Fabulous food and wide selection of drinks. The restaurant is recommended for its fresh seafood and cheese plate.”

“This place was really special. It's part of the Liberty hotel which is an old penitentiary. The restaurant kept some of the old prison bars, which add to the decor. The food was exceptional. Fresh-sourced, local ingredients, organic where possible. A very discerning menu and attentive staff. Only downside: there seemed to be a lot of loud bachelor and bachelorette parties in the hotel itself!”
