An excellent wine list, great service, classic bife de chorizo and one of the few places with a really buzzing atmosphere. You also get to write a message on your empty wine bottle before it goes up display on the restaurant wall.
Simply the best parilla, lunch or dinner. Skip the crowds at Cabrera and head for Don Julio. Try the ribeye, "vuelta y vuelta" (rare), and one of their excellent salads.
