“The Plymouth Restaurant is a passable Diner, with the best roof-deck in The Loop - open year round. This quiet spot is the perfect place to unwind over good bar food and cocktails before heading further north for the night. The roof-deck at The Plymouth sits at eye level with the Jackson Blue Line stop, and has the best view of the Chicago Public Library you'll ever get.”
