1. “Heaven for carnivores. Don't mess around and try anything less (aged) than the 75 day ribeye, it does not disappoint. Rachel, the sommelier has excellent pairing suggestions for wine and also a great deal of insight on the rest of the menu as well. Atmosphere is surprisingly casual, not "casual" but more casual than expected for one of Chicago's best steakhouses. Oysters are a great start, as is the arugula heirloom tomato salad. The rest of the sides aren't worth sacrificing the additional room for steak. Ask for a tour of the meat aging room to fully round out the experience.”
