“If you ask Thomas Herman, the Executive chef, what taste is, he will tell you that is has to do with recollection. Everything we eat reminds us of something or someone. This is how our emotions work and how we stay connected to the world. Be prepared for a radical, but loving change to the traditional Danish dishes such as “Captains Stew” and “Burning Love”. The restaurant has the fantastic view over Tivoli Gardens.”
