“From November 16 - January 6, Somerset House becomes the backdrop for a festive outdoor skating rink. There's a special area for kids, called the Penguin Club, and a venue for adults with club nights and DJs, plus a warm rink-side lounge and a pop-up Christmas arcade for shoppers.”
