“Amazing, multifaceted art space. It's located on the circle at the Legazpi metro stop at the site of the former slaughter compound for Madrid. The Matadero is large, encompassing several performance space, art installations, meeting/workshop spaces, 2 cafes, and the Cineteca (the coolest theater I've been in). It has very hip design, being mostly brick with industrial assets left intact. I loved it so much I went back for a second time on my trip.”
