This romantic restaurant is a bit touristy but has beautiful decor and an incredibly hospitable staff.

There have been many imitators, but to our eyes, no Moroccan restaurant in Marrakech quite matches Yacout in setting, food, and service...justifiably this is a must-not-miss.Interiors by the late great Bill Willis, the setting is truly spectacular, and is possibly one of the great restaurant interiors of the world. The chicken is meltingly tender, so soft it is carved before you with a spoon. The couscous is fine, with a mouth-watering selection of vegetables. The piece de resistance, however, is their chakchouka, an emblematic Marrakech dish, which you may find elsewhere, but nowhere else does it quite so well.Criticisms are that it has become touristy--don't let that put you off.

Such an amazing restaurant. A real gem and fantastic experience. I would highly recommend it for a special and traditional Moroccan experience.
