Selection of 15 cuts of delectable fire roasted meats, brought to your table, sliced, and served by the gaucho chefs.To signal the gaucho chefs to begin tableside service, turn your card green side up and flip the disc to the red side when you are satisfied. Wide choice of salads, desserts and wines as well, Professional staff and excellent service”
