“Meat Market is a cutting edge sushi bar and steakhouse. There are a couple of standouts on the menu, for appetizer, you must try the Smoked Hamachi with white truffle oil and ponzu sauce... in a word, INSANE. The Kobe beef skirt steak is served with a Miami Latin style flair, so tender that you can slice it with a fork.”
