The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci is the world renowned mural painting which covers the back wall of the dining hall at the Santa Maria delle Grazie church. The painting, created for his patron Duke Ludovico Sforza and his duchess Beatrice d'Este, represents the scene of The Last Supper from the final days of Jesus when he announces that one of his Twelve Apostles would betray him.

If you are in Milano, then you should go see the Last Supper. You can book your own tickets on line at a cost of 8 euro. The times are limited, but a nice option if you do not want to spend 60 euro on a tour that includes the painting.
