Take a walk, or run, or bike over this great old structure. It's pretty neat in and of itself, and the views of the city and Staten Island are fantastic.

The hotel is so close that you must walk/run/bike over the Brooklyn Bridge and back. Such fabulous views of the skyline, Governors Island and the Statue of Liberty. A must do.

The Brooklyn Bridge - Walk it! A great view of the City!

Opened in 1883, the Brooklyn Bridge is one of the oldest suspension bridges and runs more than a mile long. I recommend taking the subway out to Brooklyn Heights (High Street stop) and stopping at the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory near the foot of the bridge. While indulging in your cold, creamy treat, walk over to Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park and soak in the NYC skyline. Then, you can return to Manhattan by way of the Brooklyn Bridge. NOTE: Not recommended on a windy day or if you're afraid of heights.

Walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. There are great views of lower Manhattan. The Brooklyn side of the bridge has the Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Take a stroll along the Brooklyn Bridge during sunset and watch the city lights turn on as you reach Brooklyn. Enjoy the exhilarating view of the city skyline from across the river and take some great snaps.
