Lots of great food and gourmet shops. Great on a rainy day since its indoors and lots to look at.

If you love to eat, look at and explore unusual as well as great food then this is the place for you! Start with breakfast and go from there. Especially good on a rainy day.

Friendly staff and great food for lunch.

Such a great idea for lunch -- head to Chelsea Market and have your pick of multiple cuisines in a laid back and enjoyable atmosphere. Although busy, not touristy crazy-busy. Then head to the High Line for an after meal walk to take in the city.

Chelsea Market is full of great shops and restaurants and that will satisfy every craving. Also, it's accessible from the High Line and a perfect stop to relax and have a bite.

A unique cute market in Chelsea. Perfect to get gifts, grab a snack and stay away from the madness of Midtown

This is right across the street from the Maritime Hotel. It is an indoor mall set into warehouse building. The shops are predominantly for food, drink, etc. It is very convenient from the hotel, and has a great selection of sea food, vegetables, snacks, and unusual souvenirs.
