There are 2 locations, and you'll get an amazing workout. It's a group class where you alternate between interval training on a treadmill and weight lifting. The energy of the class is unparalleled, with people "Wooooo!"-ing throughout the workout. It's dimly lit with loud high-energy music, like a dance club. If you push yourself, you'll definitely be drenched in sweat by the end of the workout.
