“Balthazar's ist eines der Sex-in-the-City Restaurants. Abends immer busy und kaum kurzfristig buchbar. Das Balthazar's lohnt sich aber auch zum Frühstück. In Gegensatz zu anderen öffnet es schon um 7:00h. Lohnt sich, aber $$$.”

“Paris in New York! Loved this restaurant. I went with my family of 4 Christmas day 2011. Squeezed in through a Christmas crowd of hopefuls. Declared our reservation (on-line from Australia 8 wks prior) and was immediately ushered to a table in the buzzing, large Parisian bisto–style room. Service stylish, food fabulous — and I didn't have to cook.Magnifique!”
